Long day, surf landing

19 January, 52.40.07, 68.35.91
A ten hour journey covering 42 nautical miles ended with a surf landing. It is windy now but was calm in the night, so our choice of an ‘early start’ was a good one. We saw dolphins on the way. We are  just south of Cabo Espiritu Santo and feeling tired. Bedtime now!
There are one or two photos of this area on Google Earth. Apart from that I found just one picture on someone’s Flickr page – the fourth one in the collection that anyone can look at by clicking  here.

YIPEE !!! Good to hear you’ve done so well. Got a bit worried when spot device wasn’t registering. Hard to believe you could have paddled so far. Well done.
